What’s Covered

Our warranty applies to all repair services provided by ARS Repair Inc., including but not limited to:

• Microwaves: Corrections for power failures or turntable malfunctions.

If a warranted issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or service at no additional cost for parts or labor, subject to the terms below. This complies with Florida Statutes Chapter 634, ensuring transparency and consumer protection.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty is subject to the following conditions, in line with Florida consumer protection laws:

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or pre-existing conditions not addressed during the initial repair.
• Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original customer and service address.
• Parts Disclosure: If used or remanufactured parts are installed, this will be disclosed in bold on your estimate or invoice, as required by Florida law.
• Diagnostic Fees: If a follow-up visit reveals an issue outside the warranty scope, standard diagnostic fees (typically $75–$150) may apply.

Replaced parts will be returned to you upon request, as per Florida repair consumer rights.
