I called and they came the next day to replace my washer door seal. Technician was friendly and did a great job. Price was reasonable.
The technician was on time for my refrigerator repair. Although the refrigerator was beyond repair as the expense approached the purchase of a new refrigerator. I appreciated the honesty.
Can't say enough about technician Kim. Not only did he fix my refrigerator filtered water & ice supply, but he went out of his way to get the right equipment needed to get the job done right. Very polite, professional & efficient. I will recommend him & ARS Repair to all my friends. Thank you Kim!!

ARS Technician Kim could not have been more helpful. He resolved my problem immediately. I will absolutely call them again. I highly recommend their service.
ARS Repair helped me with repairs to my built-in microwave. I don't know if they have their own techs because the tech who helped me was contracted by them. The technician personally was very skilled but could only work after his other job so our visits were always later in the evening. We also unfortunately experienced a couple of reschedules during the process as well.
Kim was outstanding. He was extremely detail oriented, professional and took the time to throughly diagnose and explain the issue. His workmanship was excellent and it’s clear that he takes pride in doing the job right. He left everything in perfect condition. I will definitely be requesting Kim for any future service!
