We're hiring an Administrator to support daily office operations, customer communication, service coordination, billing support, and property management account administration.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major residential appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, and range hoods.
- Perform appliance installations, maintenance, inspections, and service calls as assigned.
- Communicate clearly with customers, tenants, property managers, and dispatch regarding diagnosis, repair options, pricing, parts, and next steps.
- Document service visits with notes, photos when needed, model and serial numbers, parts required, and completed work.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent ARS Repair Inc. with respect, honesty, and reliability.
- Follow company procedures for scheduling updates, job status, estimates, parts requests, and customer communication.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
- Experience repairing residential kitchen and laundry appliances.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned South Florida service areas.
- Ability to use a smartphone, scheduling app, or field service software.
- Must be punctual, organized, and able to manage daily service calls efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with property managers, landlords, condos, HOAs, or multi-unit residential properties.
- EPA certification is an asset.
- Experience with sealed system refrigeration repair is an asset.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.

- Schedule appliance repair, installation, and maintenance appointments across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate technician routes based on location, urgency, availability, and job type.
- Collect accurate customer information, including name, phone number, email, service address, appliance type, appliance issue, brand, model number when available, and access instructions.
- Communicate appointment windows, technician updates, delays, and next steps to customers and property managers.
- Update job notes, service statuses, and customer records in the company's scheduling system.
- Assist with follow-ups, rescheduling, parts-related updates, and completed job communication.
- Support technicians with job details, customer notes, property access information, and scheduling changes.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and calm tone with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center, or office coordination experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, messages, and schedule changes throughout the day.
- Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and technicians.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, property management, or another home service industry.
- Experience using Jobber or similar field service software is an asset.

- Help onboard and maintain property management accounts, including vendor forms, contact records, billing preferences, service instructions, and recurring account notes.

- Assist with general office tasks, reporting, data entry, email organization, and operational support.
- Represent ARS Repair Inc. professionally in all customer and partner communication.
Requirements
- Previous administrative, office assistant, customer service, operations, or coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, calendars, CRM systems, and office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow company procedures.
